Regina “Ginny” J. Volpe, 70, of Lansdale passed away peacefully after a long illness on Tuesday, October 23, 2018, at the home of her brother Nick in Eagleville, PA.

Born June 7, 1948 in Norristown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Sabina (D’Achille) and Peter Volpe.

Longtime Norristown resident, she had been living in the Lansdale area and had been a member of Corpus Christi Church.

For 15 years she was a bus driver with the Wissahicko­n School District. She worked as a courier for over 30 years at Smith Kline/Quest Diagnostic­s before retiring in 2010. She enjoyed helping her friend, Debbie, at The Lords Shop in Lansdale.

Survivors include siblings: Nicholas Volpe, Jessie Ann Pascale and Rita M. Gilinger. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Carl Donald Volpe.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, October 29, 2018 from 9:30 - 10:45 am at Corpus Christi Church, 900 Sumneytown Pike, Lansdale, PA 19446 with funeral Mass to follow at 11 am. Interment Calvary Cemetery, Matsonford Rd., W. Conshohock­en, PA.
