Rita Gardocki of Lafayette Hill

Rita (Bonusiewicz) Gardocki, age 90 years, of Lafayette Hill, passed away on Tuesday, November 6, 2018.

Rita was born in Conshohocken, PA, on Saturday, May 19, 1928, daughter of the late Stanley and Laura (Walachowski) Bonusiewicz.

She worked as an Assistant Purchasing Agent with Lukens Steel.

She was the beloved wife of the late Vincent A. Gardocki and a devoted mother to Michael Gardocki of Houston, TX, Barbara Gardocki (& Karl Kocher) of Worcester, Donald Gardocki of Conshohocken, Carolyn Powley of Seattle, WA, Timothy Gardocki of Conshohocken, Steven Gardocki of Lafayette Hill, David (& Kathleen) Gardocki of Morgantown, Laura Gardocki (& Monte Miller) of Lafayette Hill & Houston, TX. She was also a caringgrandmother to Amy, Rachel, Timothy, Elizabeth, Ian, Leah & Nicholas, and six great grandchildren.

Along with her husband and parents she was preceded in death by her son, Vincent W. Gardocki, sisters Josephine Gardocki, Alice Wisniewski, Stella Czermanski, JoAnne Lombardi, Henrietta Scott, Cecilia Avery, Helen Bogle, & brother Thomas Bonusiewicz.

A viewing will be held on Monday evening, Nov. 12, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and Tuesday morning, Nov. 13, from 9:00 to 10:00 AM. At the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, Pa 19428.

Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, Nov. 13 from 10:30 AM at St. Matthew’s RC Church, 219 Fayette St., Conshohocken, PA 19428.

Rita will be laid to rest with her family in St. Benedict’s Cemetery, Conshohocken, PA, 19428, following the Mass.
