Nellie Detterline of Lower Salford

Nellie L. (Eisenbise) Detterline, 102, wife of the late Robert E. Detterline, died Friday, December 7, 2018, at her Arbor Square, Lower Salford Twp. home. She was a former Lower Providence Twp. resident.

Mrs. Detterline was born on June 12, 1916, in Spring City, to the late George L. and Mary E. (Kimes) Eisenbise.

Before retiring, Mrs. Detterline was a production supervisor for the former Collegeville Flag & Mfg. Co., in Norristown.

Mrs. Detterline was a member of Fairview Village Church and the former Norristown Church Of The Nazarene where she taught Sunday School.

Mrs. Detterline is survived by her children, Donald R., husband of Andrea (Vaughan) Detterline, Johns Island, SC, Richard E., husband of Kathleen (Finley) Detterline, Lower Providence Twp., James L. Detterline, Lower Providence Twp., and Regina S., wife of the late Raymond Arnold, Norristown; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Charles E., Verda E., and George L. Eisenbise, Jr.

The funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM, Wednesday, at the Holcombe Funeral Home, Inc., 21 Main St., Trappe. Burial will be in Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery, E. Coventry Twp. Friends may call from 9:30 to 10:30 AM, Wednesday, at the funeral home.
