Gateway Ticketing Systems exhibiting at expo in Paris

COLEBROOKDALE TOWNSHIP >> Gateway Ticketing Systems, the Colebrookdale Township-based company that produces ticketing software, admission control and revenue-generating solutions for worldwide attractions, will be an exhibitor at this year’s The International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) Expo Europe, Sept. 16 through Sept. 19 in Paris, France.

“With an office in central London and partners across the continent, Gateway has an active and engaged community in Europe,” Steve Bell, business solutions architect at Gateway Ticketing Systems, said in a statement. “We always enjoy meeting potential new customers and visiting with existing ones. The show provides an excellent opportunity to discuss with both groups how our Galaxy software suite and expert services can increase visitor satisfaction, drive revenue and elevate their ticketing and admission processes.”

During the expo, representatives from Gateway will discuss new features in Galaxy. The new membership portal is now accessible in the most recent version of the software, allowing members to manage the details of their account and allowing Gateway customers to better communicate and market to their guests.

Gateway is currently developing integrations with Microsoft Active Directory, Apple Wallet and GBG Loqate, which will help customers maintain the utmost of guest data integrity, Gateway said. The company is also continuing its focus on next-generation custom ticketing and food and beverage kiosks.
