Jenna Foster scored on a low post move with less that 30 seconds remaining to put UM ahead, and its defense held off Pottstown in the waning seconds. Foster and Katie Frey shared scoring honors for the Vikes at 10 apiece, and the Trojans got a game-high 13 points from Kailyn Jarrett and 11 more from Trinell Watson.

PLUMSTEAD CHRISTIAN 36, DOCK MENNONITE 15 » The Pioneer struggled offensivel­y after trailing by two at halftime to fall in their home opener to Plumstead Christian.

SPRING-FORD 103, METHACTON 73 » Brendan Baganski won two individual events Tuesday to head the Rams’ PAC victory over the Warriors.

Baganski topped the 50 free (22.31) and 100 free (49.41) in addition to swimming legs of SpringFord’s winning 200 medley (1:42.24) and 400 free (3:39.28) relays. Tommy Gibbs (100 fly, 54.36), Christophe­r Groff (100 back, 57.45) and Dylan Phan (100 breast, 1:06.45) all won individual races for Methacton

WISSAHICKO­N 102, CB WEST 84» The Trojans main goal of Tuesday’s meet was to qualify for the District 1 Championsh­ip 200 and 400 freestyle relays and they achieved both goals.

Karis Kim, Jaclyn Staub, Julia Weiss and Katie Sapozhniko­v qualified for the 200 while Kim, Maddie Johnson, Weiss and Sapozhniko­v qualified for the 400. SPRING-FORD 103, METHACTON 82 » Anna Curran, Emma Thomas and Ashley Gutshall all won pairs of individual races for the Rams in Tuesday’s PAC meet with the Warriors.

Curran headed the 200 free (2:06.58) and 100 breast (1:14.94), with Thomas doing the same in the 200 IM (2:23.16) and 500 free (5:43.05) and Gutshall in the 50 free (26.50) and 100 free (59.05). Megan Drum (diving, 172.50 points), Alex Ferance (100 fly, 1:04.19) and Amanda Tsai (100 back, 1:09.39) were winners of individual events for Methacton.
