“I was really excited when Aaron gave me a call over this past weekend,” Crandall Jones, the Municipal Administrator of the Municipality of Norristown, said. “They were looking into doing this. It’s certainly something that’s much-needed not only for Norristown, but much-needed for pretty much everybody now who is a firstresponder or in a hospital or in public safety.
“(Muderick and George are) smart enough and genius enough to make sure they can really tune their operations to be able to keep their employees working, their businesses going and help the community at the same time. I think that’s certainly nothing but a winning scenario.”
The partnership is aiming to help their home community in Norristown and all of Montgomery County.
George shared his model with the leaders of the Distillers Guild. He is hoping other distilleries will join in and send alcohol to Crazy Aaron’s for re-packaging into various size containers –whatever is needed from bulk sizing down to one-gallon, four-once and two-ounce containers.
Five Saints Distilling’s first batch was distributed to 10 police departments in the area Tuesday.
“I don’t have anything good to say about coronavirus but I can say that this crisis has unexpectedly connected us with the best of Norristown,” Norristown Police Chief Mark Talbot said. “Five Saints and Crazy Aaron’s are certainly representative of that. We are deeply grateful for their generosity during these difficult times.”

Crazy Aaron’s is seeking additional organizations that may be in need of hand sanitizer and will continue to ramp up daily production quantities. Crazy Aaron’s has the ability to produce 1,500 gallons per day.
