Fred Beans Ford earns President’s Award

Fred Beans Ford, Boyertown, was recently recognized with the 2019 President’s Award by Ford Motor Co.

The dealership is one of only 12 winners from the Philadelphia region. The award honors dealerships that have excelled in both sales and service over the past year by focusing on the customer experience.

“This award is a reflection of our company-wide commitment to delivering the best customer service possible,” said Fred Beans, founder of Fred Beans Automotive Group, in a statement. “I am extremely proud of our team for earning this recognition, especially since it comes from the people we value most — our customers.”

The President’s Award was established in 1998. Dealers become eligible through survey responses from customers related to their sales and service satisfaction.

Fred Beans Ford of Boyertown has won the President’s Award for seven consecutive years and 16 times total.

In a press release, the dealership said it is currently ranked at the top in its region for the 2020 program. This year, the dealership’s approach to customer service has included a focus on health and safety in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In addition to wearing masks, establishing new cleaning protocols and installing partitions in areas where transactions frequently occur the dealership is among those throughout the Fred Beans Automotive Group that has practiced new ways of engaging with customers both onsite through contactless selling and online through the newly launched Fred Beans ExpressWay virtual platform.
