Denise Urban, 61, of West Windsor, NJ, passed away peacefully at home under Hospice Care on Thursday, July 28, 2016, after a valiant four-year battle against ovarian cancer with her loving husband by her side.

Denise was President and Creative Director of UrbanDigit­s.com, a design agency specializi­ng in creating licensed art sold through her Licensing Agency Suzanne Cruise Creative Services for a wide range of retail products placed into major retailers and boutiques. Denise created “Color Your Blessings: An Adult Coloring Book for Your Soul” which was recently published by Harvest House Publishing and enjoyed successful sales.

She received a BFA from Moore College of Art and Design and an MFA from School of Visual Arts in New York City. She also attended The Pennsylvan­ia Academy of Fine Arts and was awarded a scholarshi­p to the Art Students League in New York.

Denise held freelance and staff positions in art direction, production and fashion design at many top Madison and Park Avenue design agencies.

She taught traditiona­l fine art and digital design production courses at Moore College of Art in Philadelph­ia and was an adjunct professor of Design, Marketing and Branding at Katharine Gibbs School in Manhattan. Denise also instructed children in the Tomato Patch Visual Arts Summer Program at Mercer County Community College in West Windsor.

Predecease­d by her parents, Joseph and Flora Mauceri; she is survived by her beloved husband of 25 years, Jeff Urban; her cousin, Maria Mauceri and Maria’s family, Dominique, Sophia and Anthony, as well as many loving extended family and friends.

Visitation for friends and family will be held on Tuesday, August 2, 2016, from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square NJ 08690.

A Funeral Service will take place at 11:30 a.m. at the Saul Colonial Home.

Interment will follow at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery in Hamilton, NJ.
