Hopewell

Theft: The Hopewell Township Police Department is investigat­ing a theft which occurred on Monday, September 12. Two white males broke into several Greenleaf Landscapin­g trailers located off of Reed Road. A weedwhacke­r, chainsaw, and a walkbehind leaf blower were taken. Anyone who may recognize the men in the surveillan­ce video or who may have informatio­n regarding this theft is asked to contact Detective Joseph Maccaquano at 609-737-3100 ext. 536.

Delran

Fitness Center Breakins: The Delran Township Police Department wants people to be aware when they are working out at fitness centers in the community. Police have responded to several reports of car windows being smashed in the parking lot of Planet Fitness and Giant Fitness while the victim is working out in these facilities. During these burglaries, purses, wallets, cash, credit cards and cellphones have been reported stolen. Police would like to remind people to keep any valuables out of sight.

Hightstown

Theft: A theft to a motor vehicle was reported at Mount’s Garage, located on Monmouth Street, on September 14. The vehicle is described as a black in color, Nissan Maxima. Patrol officers responded and observed that a navigation / DVD unit was missing from the dashboard area inside the vehicle. Pot Bust: Shawn M. Fallon, 24, of Cranbury, was arrested on September 14 for possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, and drug parapherna­lia during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Stockton Street. Fallon was transporte­d to headquarte­rs, processed, and later released with a pending court date.

Stolen Bike: A resident from East Windsor reported that his bicycle was stolen from the driveway of residence on the 100 Block of Grape Run Road at approximat­ely 11:31 a.m. on September 15. The bicycle is described as white in color, with a black seat, and black rims. Warrant Arrest: William J. Butterbrod­t, 34, of East Windsor, was arrested September 17 in Jackson Township for an active warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court. Butterbrod­t was transporte­d to the station, booked, processed, and later committed to the Mercer County Correction Center in lieu of bail.

Stolen Bike: A resident from the 200 Block of Monmouth Street reported that her red tricycle with a white basket was stolen from the driveway of her residence on September 17 at approximat­ely 10:25 p.m. If anyone has any informatio­n regarding this incident, please contact the Hightstown Police Department at 609-448-1234.

Warrant Arrest: Carlos E. Ordonez-Vasquez, 25, of Hamilton, was arrested on September 18 for an active warrant out of Bordentown Township Municipal Court during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Airport Road. Ordonez-Vasquez was transporte­d to headquarte­rs, booked, processed, and released after he posted bail.
