Cecelia Ann Grochala of Hamilton, NJ

Cecelia Ann Grochala, 76, of Hamilton, passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2017, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Hamilton, NJ.

Born in Trenton, NJ, Mrs. Grochala was a lifelong area resident. She worked for Superfresh for several years and went on to become a front end manager with A& P prior to her retirement approximately 15 years ago. Cecelia had a love for life which helped her get through her courageous battle with cancer. She was happiest when spending time with her family and friends. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be deeply missed but always remembered for her kindness and compassion.

Predeceased by her parents, Dominick Petro and Sophia Kowalski and her sister-in-law and brother-inlaw, Sally and Joe Los; she is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Robert F. Grochala; her children, John R. Grochala, Linda A. Coulton and husband, Robert, Michelle M. Taylor and husband, James, and Robert W. Grochala and wife, Debbie; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Michael, Shelby, Meredith, Brandon, Rachel, Rebecca and Amanda; her siblings, Mary Lou Buchanan and husband, William, Donna Petro, John Petro and wife, Donna, and Michael Petro and wife, Joanne, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will begin on Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at 3:30 p.m. at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ.

Interment will follow at New St. Hedwig’s Cemetery in Ewing.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2017, from 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. at the Saul Colonial Home.
