Drone Thief: Police are searching for a man who stole two Sky Viper Pro Series drones from Toys R Us last month. Officials say the drones each cost $249. Anyone with information about the man’s identity is asked to call 609-3862019.
Holland
Child Sex Assault: Daniel Veselko, 50, recently pled guilty to sexually assaulting a victim under the age of 13. Veselko was arrested in March after police investigated the assault allegations. Veselko also has a weapons arrest from January on his record. Veselko pled guilty to second-degree sexual assault and weapons offenses. Sentencing is scheduled for September 22. Per the plea agreement, Veselko faces up to 10 years in state prison.
Princeton
Bike Theft: An orange Trek mountain bike was stolen from the rear of a home in the 100 block of Birch Avenue. The loss is estimated at $430.
Mischief: Someone entered a pool house in the 100 block of Constitution Hill West and discharged a fire extinguisher, tampered with a first aid kit, then removed the safety straps from a backboard and generally left the area in disarray. The damage is estimated at $600
Wanted: Tamika Smalls, 30, of Trenton, was arrested in connection with an outstanding warrant from Ewing following a motor vehicle stop for an expired inspection sticker.
Wanted Too: Lawrence Stackhouse, 59, of Trenton, was arrested in connection with two active warrants issued by Ewing Municipal Court during a motor vehicle stop for a seatbelt violation.
Warrants Arrest: Following a motor vehicle stop for a seatbelt violation, 33-year-old Rui Loureiro, of Elizabeth, was arrested in connection with two active warrants issued by Manalapan Municipal Court totalling $2,500.
Ewing
Not My Deposit: A resident of Anderson Street told police she lost her debit card, and that someone tried to deposit fraudulent checks into her account.
Theft from Auto: Someone stole a purse out of a car that was parked at Mountain View Golf Course on Bear Tavern Road. The suspect gained access to the purse by smashing a rear driver side window.
Warrant Arrest: Michael Gonzales, 37, from Hamilton, was arrested for an outstanding warrant from Hamilton during a traffic stop at the Exxon gas station on Pennington Road.
Montgomery
DUI Crash: Brahvan Ranganathan, 20, of Belle Mead, was arrested following a car crash on Pike Run Road last month. Officials say the investigation revealed Ranganathan had consumed alcohol prior to driving. Ranganathan’s vehicle was impounded and he was released to a family member.
Riding High: Rasiz Mandal, 20, of Brooklyn, NY, was arrested last month after police found him in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop on Route 206. Mandal was a passenger in the vehicle, according to police who say the driver ignored a red light, which sparked the motor vehicle stop.
