11, 2017 at Capital Regional Medical Center.

Born in Trenton, NJ, Breon was a lifelong area resident. He was educated the Trenton Public School System and attended Trenton Central High School.

He was employed by the Trenton Times Newspaper.

Predeceased by his maternal grandparents, James, Sr. and Laurcella Livingston; paternal grandparents, William, Sr. and Dorothy Richmond; aunts and uncles, Lester and Brenda Buchanan, James Livingston, Jr., Dottie, Thomas, Alfred and Elaine Richmond, Virginia Powell, “Bucky” Williams and Frazier Colvin surviving are his father, Leonard Richmond; his mother, Harriett Livingston; his girlfriend, Denise DuBois; a stepson, Andrew Cuff; three brothers, Troy Thompson, Leonard and Davine Livingston; a sister, Symira (James) Turner; 5 aunts, Laura Colvin, Alberta Swan, Dorothy Little, Kim Livingston and Jackie Hall-Livingston; 3 uncles, Maurice and Emanuel Whitfield and Wayne Bingham; 3 nieces and 3 nephews, Ja’Siya, Isaiah, Troy, Jr., Aeryn, Taquiera and Ji’Quay, 1 great nephew, Jayvon and a host of cousins and friends.

Funeral Services will be Friday, July 21, 2017 at 1:00pm at Campbell Funeral Chapel 1225 Calhoun St. Trenton, NJ.

Interment will be in Colonial Memorial Park, Hamilton.

Calling hours will be Friday from 11am to 1pm at the chapel.
