Whatever you do, DO NOT RENT at these apts. We have a United Nations living here. People from Egypt, Haiti, China, Korea, India, Jamaica and more. They are NOT AMERICAN CITIZENS and get this, they don’t even pay rent. And we Americans who busted our butts in wars to save our country we have to pay rent based on our income. How do these IMMIGRANTS get away with not paying rent? Political “money” with their homelands? They love their countries and traditions so much that they felt the need to come here and get freebies including rent? Most of them won’t speak English, they rob and destroy from other residents, they have friends trying to break in late at night, they don’t follow the rules regarding anything. We get our asses chewed out if we do something wrong. I feel some might be very illegal and possibly dangerous to others living here. We got a good nice group of 60 and up men and women who have lived here a long time and they even say all has changed due to these foreigners. I was told it was such a great place — but after friends telling me all this, I will stay clear. What has happened to my American, WW2 my dad fought in, Vietnam (big loser) that so many vets came home all screwed up, Korean war etc. We had great presidents back then and a damn good Military. I hope President Trump has the same feeling for a strong American military and stop putting our military out there to help other countries. Keep America strong and safe. One last thing I heard if you take complaints to the office at Gershen the lady there says she can’t help you, She doesn’t live there. Bunch of BS to me. Thanks for letting me sound off. — S. Getz

Wow. So this is Trump’s America alright. I’m all for not being PC, but ASSUMING that people who are immigrants all get free rent and are here illegally and are dangerous is just crazy.
