Brutal Robbery: A 24-yearold woman from Hamilton was brutally beaten Wednesday morning during a robbery on South Broad Street. A witness told police the incident happened in the 900block around 7a.m. when a man approached the victim and robbed her. The witness said the man brutally beat the woman then stole her cell phone before fleeing the area. The victim suffered serious head injuries and lost consciousn­ess after the attack. Officials say the woman is in “pretty bad shape” and remains hospitaliz­ed in critical condition. Anyone with informatio­n about the incident is asked to call police at 609-989-4155.

Bleach Attack: Akie Clemens, 21, was arrested in connection with a bleach attack that happened on July 19. Officials say Clemons and his girlfriend were arguing inside a home around 2a.m. when he threw bleach in her eyes. The woman was rushed to the hospital where medical staff flushed out her eyes with water. The extent of the woman’s injuries is not known at this time.

Shooting Arrest: Mycol Beckett, 28, was arrested in connection with a shooting that happened July 27in the 100block of Fairway Drive. A 17-year-old male suffered gunshot wounds to both of his legs that morning and was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery. The victim told police he was in the area dropping someone off when he was shot. During the course of the investigat­ion, police developed enough probable cause to charge Beckett with attempted murder and related weapons offenses. Beckett was apprehende­d Wednesday.

Shooting Arrest Too: Robert Christie, 31, was arrested Wednesday in connection with a shooting that happened several hours prior in the 200block of Academy Street. A 22-year-old man suffered non-life-threatenin­g gunshot wounds to his arm and torso early that morning. The suspect fled on foot after the shooting, but police developed enough evidence to charge Christie with attempted murder and weapons offenses in connection with the incident.

Gun Threat: Razier Edwards, 23, was arrested Wednesday in connection with a gun threat that happened last year. Officials say Edwards pointed a gun at his aunt during a dispute on November 3. Edwards is charged with aggravated assault.

Drug Bust: Ronald Staley, 57, and Linda Taylor, 58, were arrested Wednesday after members of the Violent Crimes Unit found them in possession of crack cocaine and marijuana. Officials say cops were dispatched to the intersecti­on of Cross and Ewing streets to investigat­e open-air drug activity when they encountere­d Staley and Taylor.

Bristol, Pa.

Burglary: An air conditione­r valued at $200was stolen out of a property located in the 1200block of Norton Avenue.

Metal Theft: Approximat­ely 60feet of copper wire and a busbar were stolen from a property in the 2600block of Haines Road. The loss is estimated at $1,500.

Theft from Auto: A GPS unit valued at $280was stolen out of a 2004Toyota that was parked in the 3100 block of Fairway Avenue.

Tool Theft: Several tools were stolen out of a 2008 Ford that was parked in the 100block of River Lane. The loss is estimated at $740.

Vandalism: Someone damaged the right rear light lens and right side mirror on a 2012Hyunda­i that was parked in the 100block of Red Cedar Drive. The damage is estimated at $300.
