Harry R. Tonne of Roebling passed away suddenly into God’s loving and eternal care on Monday, July 31, 2017 in Fort Benning, GA. He was 59. Born in Trenton, he lived in Roebling most of his life. He formerly worked at the Coca Cola company in Hightstown for 25 years and later worked for BJ’s Warehouse, Jevis Company, GSA, Ocean Spray and Amazon in Robbinsvil­le. In his youth he served in the Boy Scouts and was a former member of the American Citizens Slovak Club of Roebling. Harry also liked cooking, gardening, camping and hunting.

Son of the late Harry Tonne and brother of the late Diane Tonne, he is survived by his wife of nearly 21 years, Kellyann Cyples Tonne and his four children: Joshua Tonne (Gina), Matthew Cyples (Lindsay), Michael Tonne (fiance Tara), and Ariel Tonne. Also his mother, Ruth Rossell Tonne and his sister Lynn Sweet (Richard). Also his 7 grandchild­ren: Dominick, Anthony, Xander, Nicholas, Scarlet, Angelina and Matt, as well as his nephew Eric Endre (Claudia) and his Cyples in-laws.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Tuesday evening from 6-9 pm at the Dennison Funeral Home, 214 W. Front Street, Florence where a service will be held at 8:30 pm. Private interment at the Columbus Cemetery will be at the convenienc­e of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, TN or to the American Heart Associatio­n.
