Trenton
Juvenile with a Gun: A 16-year-old male was arrested Monday morning after police allegedly found him in possession of a 9mm handgun and three loaded ammunition magazines, one of which contained hollowpoint bullets. The gun was also equipped with a tactical red laser-aiming device.
Domestic Violence: William Hernandez, 28, was arrested after he allegedly choked his wife. The victim told police they were arguing when he grabbed her by the neck several times, causing minor contusions. Hernandez is charged with aggravated assault. Tow Yard Burglar: Corey Ferguson, 41, was arrested after he allegedly burglarized three vehicles that were parked inside a tow yard on Pennington Avenue earlier this month. Police say video surveillance recorded Ferguson taking a purse from one car, clothes, shoes and groceries from a second vehicle, and a backpack from the third car. Police say the owners of the vehicles collectively reported that several debit cards and more than $100 in cash were inside the items stolen from the vehicles. Police recognized Ferguson from previous encounters, so detectives issued warrants for his arrest after watching the video. Ferguson was apprehended Monday, He’s charged with several counts of burglary and theft. Officials warn residents not to leave valuables inside Assault on Police: Terrance Sapp, 42, was arrested Monday night after he allegedly cursed and spit at police during a traffic stop. Officials say cops saw Sapp speeding in a Jeep, prompting a motor vehicle stop in the area of Oakland Street. During the investigation, officials say, Sapp yelled and cursed at police before spitting on a cop. Sapp was charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats and obstructing the administration of law.
Robbinsville
Pot Bust: Maritza Bassett, 18, of Levittown, PA, was arrested after police allegedly found marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop on Route 130. Bassett was initially stopped for improper maintenance of lamps.
Pot Bust Too: Rashanda Arrington, 28, of Ewing, was arrested after police allegedly found marijuana during a traffic stop on Route 33. Officials say Arrington was also driving with a suspended license.
DWI: Dylan Sutphen, 18, was arrested for driving while intoxicated. Police stopped Sutphen on Moorsleigh Way for reckless driving. Officials say Sutphen refused to take a breathalyzer test.
Driving with Drugs and Kids: Brandon Comstock, 25, of Roebling, Nicole Rotella, 37, of Howell, and Joseph Daniels, 26, of Manchester, were arrested after police found heroin, prescription pills and hypodermic needles during a traffic stop on I-195. Police initially stopped the trio after noticing the vehicle had a cracked windshield. During the stop, police encountered Pot Bust: Brielle Marshall, 20, of Ewing, was arrested after police allegedly found marijuana during a traffic stop on Hutchinson Road.
Bristol, Pa.
Missing Bikes: Two bicycles were stolen from a shed in the rear yard of a property on Border Rock Road. The loss is estimated at $600.
Vandalism: Someone burglarized a dump truck that was parked in the 100 block of Zimmerman Lane. The suspect also vandalized the inside of the truck, causing approximately $1,500 in damage.
