Yolanda Heredia-Cadlett was born April 3, 1965 in Trenton, NJ and passed away on August 3, 2017 at Transition­s Life Center in Raleigh, NC after a 7 month battle with Pancreatic Cancer.

Yolanda was educated in Trenton public school system graduating from Trenton Central High School. She was affectiona­tely called “Yoly”.

She worked at Wachovia Bank, Mercer Hospital in the business office, and then at Princeton Medical Group in Princeton, NJ for the past 26 years.

Yoly loved giving back to the community and volunteere­d regularly at Mercer Street Friends Center. Where ever there was a need, she loved helping others in need. She had a wonderful sense of humor and could light up a room whenever she walked in.

Yoly also loved to travel by motorcycle with her husband. Together they both traveled to about 30 states.

She loved sports. She was an avid Dallas Cowboys football fan. Her love of football, especially the Dallas Cowboys, made visiting major league football stadiums a must during her travels.

She moved with her husband to Youngsvill­e, North Carolina in 2008 and started giving, caring and spreading her love to all that she met. There she developed new friendship­s with her infectious smile and warmth. Always greeting each new friend with a hug and a smile.

She was predecease­d by her maternal grandparen­ts, Emiliano and Cristina Heredia-Serrano, her mother, Idelvina (Heredia) Gonzalez and a sister Delores Luz Hernandez.

She leaves to mourn, her husband of 30 years, Alvin Cadlett; her daughter, Janee Jette (Travanni); 3 stepchildr­en that she loved as her own, Danita Cadlett, Latoya Cadlett and Sean (Tammi) Cadlett; 8 grandchild­ren Sakyra, Aunique, Raina, Laythin, Chloe, Jace, Caleb and Carter; 7 sisters, Carmen Cortes, Irma (David Jr.) Villanueva, Anna (Eduardo Sr.) Lozada, Rafaela (Byron McGraw) Laboy, Cristina Heredia, Andrea (Abraham Jr.) DeJesus, Irenia Heredia, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family will be present Saturday August 26th from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Bordentown Elks Club 11 Amboy Road Bordentown NJ 08505.
