FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA. » A Philadelphia man has been charged with sexual assault and child endangerment on allegations he raped a 9-year-old girl and molested her 11-year-old sister when he was living with them in Bucks County.

Richardo “Ricky” Saez, 21, was confined to the Bucks County Correctional Facility after failing to post 10 percent of $2,000,000 bail Friday, according to court documents that outline his 11 criminal offenses ranging from rape of child to indecent assault on victims less than 13 years old.

The sexual assaults occurred over the last two years and on multiple occasions inside the Bristol, Morrisville and Falls Township residences where the victims currently reside or previously lived, according to the affidavit of probable cause.

In forensic interviews with police, the underage victims said they had attempted to resist Saez’s predatory behavior but could not always stop the 5-foot-7, 210-pound defendant from molesting them.

The most egregious incident — rape of child — occurred when the 9-year-old victim was 7 or 8. That incident occurred inside the victim’s former Falls Township home in the Elderberry Pond section of Levittown. Saez is accused of pulling the victim’s pants down, laying her on the bedroom floor and forcibly engaging the victim in sexual intercourse as she tried to push him off, leaving the child in pain.

Saez raped the 9-year-old on multiple occasions over a period of time, with the first attack occurring when she was in first grade, police alleged in the sworn affidavit. Saez resides on the 4400 block of North Third Street in North Philadelphia, but he previously lived with the victims in the Bucks County municipalities of Falls Township, Morrisville and Bristol, according to police.

The 11-year-old victim told police that Saez first targeted her when she was 8. She said the defendant had attempted to molest her on multiple occasions. Saez in one incident had instructed the elder victim to take off her bra and, when she refused, he allegedly reached under her bra and squeezed her breast, hurting the victim. Saez proceeded to touch the victim’s buttocks after partially pulling down her pants, but the victim was able to get away from the defendant before he could cause additional harm, police said.

The elder victim was aware that her baby sister was being sexually assaulted by Saez, authorities said in court documents. The alleged child molester “had a habit” of taking the sisters to different rooms, where he would try to “pull up their shirts” and “touch them with his hands all about the body,” Falls Township Police Detective Stephen Reeves and Bristol Borough Police Sgt. Peter Faight said in their sworn affidavit.

In addition to the Falls Township attacks, the victims were most recently molested at their current residence in Bristol Borough and previously were targeted inside their former residence in Morrisville Borough, authorities said.

Falls Township Police arrested Saez on Sept. 26 and formally charged him Friday with the child sexual assault offenses. He was arraigned Friday night before Bucks County District Judge John J. Kelly Jr. and is scheduled to have a preliminary court hearing Oct. 24 before District Judge Jan Vislosky, according to court records.

Saez has been charged with rape of child, statutory sexual assault, sexual assault, two counts of unlawful contact with minors, two counts of corruption of minors, two counts of indecent assault on persons less than 13 years old and two counts of endangering the welfare of children.
