Lawrenceville upsets Peddie
HIGHTSTOWN » There was a bit of an upset in Mercer County prep school football Saturday as Lawrenceville surprised Peddie, 18-16.
Junior quarterback Rob Rolfe was the hero for the Big Red (3-2). In addition to running for a touchdown in the second quarter, Rolfe threw two TD passes in the fourth quarter when Lawrenceville rallied form a 16-6 deficit.
With Peddie’s loss, Hun became the only undefeated team remaining in the MAPL, pending on how the Raiders did against Hill in a night game Saturday.

POLY PREP 42, PENNINGTON 15 PENNINGTON » Dante Wilson scored two touchdowns, but it wasn’t enough to save the Red Raiders against the previously winless New York City team.
Wilson scored on a 6-yard run and later caught a 17-yard pass from Brandon West, who was 12-for-16 for 72 yards. Lamy Said Constant ran for three TDS for Poly.
