Trenton man followed woman with genitals exposed: COPS
TRENTON » A city man was arrested over the weekend after he allegedly followed a woman down the street with his genitals exposed.
Officials believe the quick-thinking detective who noticed the alleged pervert prevented a sexual assault from happening.
George Saunders, 29, was charged with lewdness after cops allegedly saw him following a woman in the first block of West State Street with his hand in his crotch around 10 p.m. Saturday. Officials say Saunders was following the female from a short distance away, and that the woman was unaware of his presence because she was wearing headphones.
At one point, officials say, cops saw Saunders staring intently at the female with a “deeply disturbing” look on his face and his hand in his crotch. Police say Saunders kept pace with the woman, but suddenly changed course when he noticed cops tailing him.
When detectives stopped him, officials say, Saunders’ genitals were exposed through a hole in his pants and underwear.
