Yankees general manager Brian Cashman said Sunday night that Japanese phenom Shohei Ohtani has informed him the team will not be invited for a face-to-face meeting.

The Yanks were preparing a massive bid to bring the slugging pitcher/outfielder to the Bronx, but Cashman said Ohtani seems to be leaning toward the west coast.
