Wiley notches 14 points in Hopewell’s loss
MONTGOMERY » The Hopewell Valley girls basketball team fell to 2-2 on the season Saturday with a 48-45 loss at Montgomery.
Meggy Wiley scored a gamehigh 14 points to pace the Bulldogs. Katee Kemether added 13 points, while Ally Oldfield connected on four 3-pointers.
Carolyn Prevost scored 13 points for Montgomery, which pulled away in the third quarter after a 23-23 tie at halftime.
Hopewell next takes on Pennington on Wednesday in the John Molinelli Holiday Classic at Lawrence High.
