Caroline J. Bucci of Hamilton
Caroline J. (Peroni) Bucci, 68, of Hamilton entered into God’s eternal rest on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born and raised in Chambersburg in Trenton, Caroline was a lifelong area resident who resided in Hamilton Township for the past 30 years. She was employed for 30 years with the Trenton Board of Education’s custodial staff. She was a former member of the Bordentown Elks Ladies Auxiliary B.P.O.E. Lodge #2085 for many years. Caroline loved taking trips to the shore where she and her husband had a home, she also enjoyed shopping. She had a special connection and love for animals, especially her dog Osha. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.
Daughter of the late Andrew and Caroline (Chianese) Peroni; she is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, John D. Bucci; her four children, Thomas Valyo, Andrea Valyo, Scott Valyo and wife Joey, and Toby Bucci; eight grandchildren: Ciera Lombardo, Ralphie Balestrieri, SiAn Lee, Drew Valyo, Andrew Valyo, Ava Perkuhn, Sadee Rose Valyo, and Scotty Valyo; two siblings, Anthony Cattani and wife Chris, Stephen Cattani and fiancée Dee; a brother-inlaw, Russ Bucci and wife Sylvia; her best friend, Beverly Liebowinski; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, February 8, 2018 at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of the Angels Parish-St. Joachim, 20-56 Butler St., Trenton, NJ. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, 400 Woolsey St., Hamilton, NJ. Family and friends may call Wednesday evening from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hamilton BrennaCellini Funeral Home, 2365 Whitehorse-Mercerville Rd., Hamilton, NJ 08619.
