Turner, 63, of Bordentown, was called to eternal rest on April 10, 2018 in Philadelph­ia, PA.

Born in Fort Dix, NJ, Claudette graduated from Ewing High School before receiving her Teaching Degree at Trenton State College in 1982. She earned her M.Ed. from Grand Canyon University in 2008 and MBA from Howard University in 2017.

Claudette was employed as a School Teacher for Willingbor­o, Camden, and Trenton Public Schools. She retired from the Trenton Board of Education as a World Language Teacher in 2016, after many years of dedicated service.

She was a member of Love Fellowship Tabernacle in Bensalem, PA, where she was a member of the choir.

She was predecease­d by her maternal grandmothe­r, Naomi Legette; paternal grandmothe­r, Clandine Stanley; one sister, Carla Couch; one aunt, Carrie Kidd; and one uncle, Frank E. Legette Jr.

Claudette leaves to cherish her memories her husband of 34 years, Walter Turner; parents, Elizabeth and John Couch; two sons, Walter Turner Jr and Nicholas Turner; two daughters, Tanya and Nicole Turner; one brother, David Couch; one sister, Sonia Couch; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 11 am at Love Fellowship Tabernacle, 5918 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, PA 19020.

Interment will be in Ewing Cemetery.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 9 to 11 am at the church.

Arrangemen­ts are under the direction of Campbell Funeral Chapel, Trenton, NJ.
