Conwell-Egan knocks off Archbishop Wood
FAIRLESS HILLS, PA. » There are few things the ConwellEgan softball team enjoys more than knocking off Archbishop Wood.
As such, it was a fun day for Conwell-Egan on Monday when it managed to beat Wood, 10-5, despite collecting just seven hits. Standout sophomore Cori Jones had two of those hits and also knocked in three runs. Alyssa Fagans, Devon Savage and Carli Maw all doubled. Amber Stansfield got the win with an eighthitter.

Haley Sauer worked the first 5.2 innings for the win before Dani Sharpe came on for the save. Buechner also had the game-winning hit when she knocked in Allie Goodman. Bensalem is now 6-9.
