Sunshine Football Classic unveils rosters for All-Star game
The 22nd annual Sunshine Football Classic, sponsored by Fisher Capital LLC, is set for Friday, June 29 at 7 p.m. at The College of New Jersey.
The charity game has provided more than $115,000 to the Sunshine Foundation and awarded $56,000 in scholarships to the Scholar-Leader-Athlete dinner sponsored by the Del Val Chapter of the National Football Foundation and Hall of Fame.
Seniors from across Mercer, Hunterdon and Burlington counties comprise the East and West rosters.
The East features players from Hamilton West, Robbinsville, New Egypt, Allentown, Hightstown, West Windsor South, Nottingham, Steinert and Northern Burlington.
The West includes players from Princeton, Lawrence, Ewing, Trenton, Notre Dame, Hopewell Valley, Pennington and North Hunterdon.
Practices begin at Hightstown and Hopewell Valley on Thursday, June 21.
