The Trentonian (Trenton, NJ)

Open letter to the residents of the South Ward and the City of Trenton

-

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the residents and voters in the South Ward for the confidence they have place in me by electing me to serve another term on City Council.

Together, when we started this journey almost 10 years ago, I pledged to give my heart and soul to serving our great city which is a responsibility that I do not take lightly.

My goals and commitment to you, the residents of the South Ward and the City of Trenton remain the same.

I want to thank everyone who helped lend a hand in our success. The volunteers who spend countless hours dedicated to our cause. The support of the firefighter, police officers and first responders. But I especially need to thank my wife, Theresa for always being at my side throughout this journey for all her help and dedication to not only me, but to serving the residents of our great city!

Since the day I first took the oath of office, I have worked to make the South Ward-Safe, Clean and Prosperous. We have accomplished a great deal together .... but I understand there is much more work to be done and I am more than ready for the challenge. Like I said during the campaign, my only agenda is to serve you, the residents and taxpayers of Trenton.

So, Let Me Go – Let Me Roll! I look forward to working with the incoming administration to make the changes needed to make our city, the capital city the best it can be.

Thank you again for the trust you have instilled in me to represent you!

— George Muschal, Southward Councilman
