Trenton

Drugs: Terrance Bailey, 52, and Dana Orashen, 34, were arrested together by cops patrolling Hoffman Avenue. They pulled a car over on the 100 block of Oliver Avenue because the driver didn’t have headlights on. Cops smelled pot coming from the car. The driver and passenger were removed from the car. Cops recovered marijuana, a small amount of crack cocaine, five baggies of heroin and a grinder. Gun: Daquan Donaldson, 23, was arrested and charged with weapons offenses after cops from the violent crimes unit patrolling the 300 block of Randolph Drive nabbed him during a suspicious persons investigat­ion. He was found with a handgun, and he was a certain persons not to possess the weapon. Shots Fired: Bruce Poole, 22, was arrested and charged after cops responded to East State Street for a reported shooting. On the 1000 block of East State Street, cops saw a car with heavily tinted windows speeding in the opposite direction. The cops stopped the car, near South Cook and Walnut Avenue, believing it was fleeing from where the shots were fired. Cops smelled marijuana coming from the car, and removed the people inside. They found a handgun, which Poole was charged with possessing. Cops also found a small amount of pot on the floorboard of the vehicle. The two passengers were released without charges. A second man, Randolph Edwards, 25, was charged with obstructin­g the administra­tion of law following. Edwards had been released but was charged because he remained in the area, against cops’ orders. It’s unknown if Poole was involved in the shooting. Acting Suspicious: Nasir White, 22, was arrested by street crime detectives patrolling Hamilton and Hudson streets. Cops saw White walking in the area. He slowed down and stopped to turn around while looking over his shoulder at detectives. White reached into his pants pocket and removed something. He put a green bottle on top of an air conditione­r and put something into his right hand. Detectives stopped to investigat­e based off his behavior and saw him with a yellow pill. White tried to swallow the pill. Detectives ordered him to spit it out and the Oxycodone pill was recovered. Domestic Violence And Heroin: Jayeshawn Fisher, 24, was nabbed on assault and drug charges after cops issued warrant for his arrest following a domestic spat in January on the 400 block of Lamberton Street. Fisher and the victim argued about supervisin­g a child. Fisher poked the victim in the chest and fled the home. He was picked up this week, near Beatty Street, and found with heroin. Drug Offenses: Dewayne Wilson, 35, was arrested by street crime detectives patrolling Prospect Street and Jarvis Place, where they saw an illegally doubledpar­ked car. Cops saw Wilson holding a black plastic bag and a bottle of Hennessy. Cops conducted a car stop, recovered pot and a digital scale. He was charged with pot possession and intent to distribute offenses. The driver was issued tickets. Dope Dealing: Deandre Dash, 32, was nabbed by street crime detectives on the first block of Eisenhower Avenue. Cops stopped the driver Dash because the car he was driving had illegally tinted windows. Cops found 24 bricks of heroin during the stop, or 1,201 bags of dope packaged for distributi­on. He was hit with drug-distributi­on offenses.
