The following informatio­n was provided by police unless otherwise noted. Gun Threat: Angel LopezNegro­n, 22, was arrested Friday in connection with a gun threat that happened on June 18. Officials say surveillan­ce video captured LopezNegro­n threatenin­g a group of juveniles with a gun in the 800 block of Chestnut Avenue. It’s unclear what sparked the threat, but officials say he told the group “This is my block,” and pointed a weapon at them before the juveniles fled on foot. Officials were able to positively identify LopezNegro­n as the suspect due to a tattoo of his name on his neck.

Heroin Bust: Carlton Hopson, 30, was arrested after police

allegedly saw him dealing drugs downtown. Officials say detectives from the Violent Crimes Unit were conducting a surveillan­ce Friday near North

Broad and East State streets due to numerous complaints about loitering drug dealers. When cops moved in on Hopson, they allegedly seized 35 Gun Arrest: Payten McLeod, 35, was arrested after police allegedly found him in possession of a 9mm handgun and two extended clips, each holding 14 rounds of ammunition. Officials say detectives from the Street Crimes Unit saw McLeod and three other males loitering in front of an auto shop on Hamilton Avenue around 11 p.m. Friday, which sparked additional investigat­ion. McLeod had a marijuana blunt in his hand when cops stopped, which prompted a search revealing the gun. The other three males were cleared on warrants and released.

Pot Bust: Jamere Taylor, 27, was arrested after police allegedly found him in possession of eight baggies of marijuana over the weekend. Heroin Bust: James Rhames, 25, was arrested in connection with outstandin­g warrants when police responded to a street fight Saturday in the 600 block of Lamberton Street. During a subsequent search, police found that he had 30 decks of heroin in his possession along with $500 in cash, which was seized.

Domestic Violence: Rayshawn Marshall, 36, was arrested for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend. Police say he hit her in the face, causing bruises around her eyes, and cut her with a knife, causing a laceration on her arm. When police responded to a home on Third Street to investigat­e a report of domestic violence, they found Marshall in the basement hiding behind a water heater. Attempted Carjacking: Cops are investigat­ing an attempted carjacking that happened around 6 p.m. last Thursday. Two men armed with guns tried to carjack a 20-year-old woman near Cleveland and Greenwood avenues. One got in the front of her car, another in the back, and tried to take over the vehicle at gunpoint. But the woman fought back. Police say she was pistolwhip­ped by the man in the back seat before she lunged for the weapon. While wrestling the man over the gun, police say, it fired, hitting her in the thigh and going through the driver’s side car door. The suspects fled on foot with her cell phone. After the shooting, the woman drove herself to Capital Health Regional Medical Center and was treated for her injuries.
