Knife Attack: Charae Harvey, 30, was arrested after she allegedly stabbed her ex-roommate during an argument in the 200 block of Walnut Avenue. The victim told cops she was sitting on a porch around 3 a.m. when Harvey approached her, sparking an argument regarding a dispute they had a year ago when they were roommates. During the argument, officials say, Harvey pulled out a knife, which was found in the roadway by cops. The victim suffered a laceration to her left hand but refused medical treatment. Domestic Violence: Brian James, 39, was arrested after he allegedly assaulted his wife. The victim told police they were arguing while driving when James suddenly pulled her hair and stopped the car. He then jumped out of the car, pushed his wife to the ground and strangled her, according to police. James then tried to drive away, but his wife reached into the car, officials say. She was dragged before she let go of the vehicle and fell, suffering abrasions to her arm that required medical attention. DUI Crash: Angelica Mendez, 27, was arrested after she allegedly crashed into another vehicle, lost a tire, then continued driving until a cop saw her pass him on Lamberton Street. A witness told police he was driving on Route 29 when a car being driven by Mendez approached from the rear and crashed into his vehicle. He said Mendez’s vehicle lost a tire, but continued speeding away. Shortly after, a TPD officer saw Mendez pass him without a right front tire and conducted a motor vehicle stop. When he asked her what happened to her tire, Mendez allegedly admitted she hit something on Route 29. During the investigation, cops smelled alcohol on Mendez’s breath, so they arrested her.

Heroin and Pipe: Eric Kelley, 31, and Marc Williams, 32, were arrested after police allegedly found them in possession of 17 decks of heroin and a crack pipe.

Bucks County, PA.

Home Invasion: Robert Vincent Monacelli, 26, was arrested after he and two other people invaded a home in the 200 block of Cleveland Street and assaulted the occupants. When cops arrived at the house, they found Monacelli semi-conscious following an altercation with the homeowner. Monacelli was treated at the hospital before being taken to jail. The other two suspects remain on the run.

Burglary: John Palumbo and Patrick Ivers were arrested after they allegedly tried to burglarize vehicles in the Woodhaven Mall parking lot. Officials say cops saw the duo pulling door handles, prompting further investigation. Ivers was immediately arrested, police say, but Palumbo ran, jumped in a car and led police on a chase. At one point, he rammed a police car before fleeing southbound on Bristol Pike. Palumbo eventually abandoned the vehicle at Gatehouse Apartments on State Road then fled on foot. As officers caught up to him, Palumbo emerged waded into the Delaware River. After treading water for a few minutes, he exited the river on his own and was taken into custody.
