2. 1988: The comparisons to Destiny’s Child don’t stop for this girl trio. Just like Beyonce did, one superior member burst out for a nice career in music and acting.

3. 1989: It was difficult to resist this Motown act and the way they did the things they did. Alas, from the core group, only Otis Williams is left.

4. 1990: What four bandmates formed in London, when they were teenagers, where they were inspired by American R&B, which is why and how Jack Black once called them “the greatest band of all time?”

5. 1992; 1993; 2000: He is the cream of the guitar god crop, and the only artist inducted into the hall three times and still has a fourth domino ready to fall.

6. 1992: This man has valuable generation and genre crossover appeal. One of his biggest songs is based on a Shel Silverstein poem, plus he’s in the Country and Gospel halls of fame.

6. 1994; 2012: This British singer has had a busy love life that’s made him steward to eight babies, five baby’s mamas and three wives. His last child earned good press since he was born when daddy was a young 66.
