Thunder outfielder Trey Amburgey was named an Eastern League Postseason All-Star on Wednesday.

The 23-year-old was the lone Thunder representative to make the 13-player list, which is compiled by the league’s managers, broadcasters and media members.

Amburgey has already set career highs in hits (110), doubles (22), home runs (15) and RBIs (68) through 115 games. He’s also slashing .251/.294/.412 with a .706 OPS.

A 13th-round pick in 2015 out of St. Petersburg College in Florida, Amburgey was an EL All-Star this season and had the game-tying double with two outs in the bottom of the ninth inning.

This is the third straight season the Thunder have placed a player on the postseason All-Star team, following Thairo Estrada in 2017 and Tyler Wade and Jordan Montgomery in 2016.

The rest of the EL team features: Deivi Grullon (Reading, catcher), Will Craigh (Altoona, first base), Cavan Biggio (New Hampshire, second base), Bo Bichette (New Hampshire, shortstop), Vladimir Guerrero Jr. (New Hampshire, third base), Ke’Bryan Hayes (Altoona, third base), Harold Ramirez (New Hampshire, outfield), Jonathan Davis (New Hampshire, outfield), Levi Michael (Binghamton, utility), Corban Joseph (Bowie, designated hitter), Jordan Romano (New Hampshire, pitcher), Keegan Akin (Bowie, pitcher), Matt Pierpont (Hartford, pitcher).
