-

The information below was provided by police unless otherwise noted. Teen Shot: A 16-year-old male survived a gunshot wound to the head Monday night. Officials say cops near the first block of Oakland Street heard gunshots around 9:30 p.m. and then found the teen lying in the street suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, including one to the left side of his body and one to the left side of his head. Police also found two 12-gauge shotgun casings, five spent 9mm casings and two live 9mm rounds at the crime scene. The teen was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery and was listed in stable condition as of press time.

Gun Threat: Timothy Lewis, 23, was arrested for allegedly threatening to kill his child’s mother. The woman told police Timothy arrived at her house and refused to leave when asked, which sparked an argument. The woman then ran into their daughter’s room, police say, and Lewis followed. He then hit the woman in the face and body before pulling out a gun and threatening to kill her, according to police who say the woman called law enforcement after he eventually left the house.

Gun Arrests: James Benson, 20, and Patricia Fitzgerald, 19, were arrested after police allegedly found them in possession of a gun while investigating a shooting. Officials say cops responded to a shooting in the 1400 block of West State Street Sunday night and saw Benson acting suspiciously while manipulating an object in his waistband. When Benson saw cops, he ran, prompting a foot chase that continued into a Lee Avenue home. During the investigation, police seized 50 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a semi-automatic handgun. Fitzgerald was in the house that Benson fled into, police say, and she was charged with drug and weapons offenses as well. Domestic Violence: Leroy Wise, 58, was arrested for allegedly hitting a female with a chair during an argument on East Hanover Street. He is charged with aggravated assault and related weapons offenses.
