Elmer Reed of Willingboro

Elmer Reed, 61 of Willingboro,

NJ departed this life on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at the Atrium of Princeton.

Born in Robbinsville, NJ, Elmer was a lifelong

New Jersey resident. He was educated in the Trenton Public School System.

He was employed as a custodian in the East Windsor School District for over 26 years before retiring.

He was a member of Grace Cathedral Fellowship Ministries since 1997.

Elmer was an honorably discharged from the United State Marine Corps.

Predeceased by his parents, Cora Taylor and James Reed; step parents, Louise and Bennie Scott; 2 sisters, Bernice Panniell and Geraline Weeks and one brother, Ernest Reid; Elmer is survived by his wife, Geraldine Reed; a son, Elmer Reed, Jr.; two daughters, Stephanie Reed and Avonia Kelly; six brothers, Winfield Reid, Charles Moore, James Reed, Terry Scott, Keith Alford and James Moore; 3 sisters, Edith Brooks (Ernest), Patricia Willis and Marie Miller; an aunt and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral Services will be Friday, September 7, 2018 at 10:00am at Grace Cathedral Fellowship Ministries 1217 Calhoun St. Trenton, NJ 08638. Entombment will be in Greenwood Cemetery.

Calling hours will be Friday from 8am to 10am at the church. Arrangements are by Campbell Funeral Chapel, Trenton.
