Hamilton’s Oktoberfest Returns on Sunday, October 14th
The largest community event in Mercer County’s largest town promises another fun-filled day of autumn entertainment and excitement for area residents.
Hamilton’s 3rd annual Oktoberfest will return to Veterans Park on Sunday, October 14, 2018, from 11 AM to 5:30 PM.
The family-friendly event features amusements, the pumpkin patch, hayrides, a hay maze, crafters, trunk-ortreat, food vendors and more. On the Main Stage, you will discover one of the premier party bands in the area, The Renaissance Orchestra with the Fractals, a ten-piece band known their eclectic repertoire than spans the decades from classic hits to today’s pop favorites. Additionally, musical entertainment can also be located throughout the park, from the talented Bob Orlowski featuring Kim Montalvo & the Grouser Girls as well as Dick Gratton playing your favorite Broadway tunes, jazz standards and other popular tunes.
Combined with a festive fire pit area – which was a huge hit when it was introduced at last year’s celebration — guests can enjoy the ambiance and stop to warm up if the October temperatures turn cool.
“We have a fun-filled day of fall festivities planned for the entire family,” explains Mayor Kelly Yaede. “You will not want to miss this year’s exciting event – as it promises to be a great way to enjoy the autumn season in Hamilton!”
Thanks to the generosity of all of the event sponsors participating through Mayor Yaede’s Recreation and Community Events Sponsorship Initiative, events like Oktoberfest are able to continue to be enjoyed by residents and visitors alike.
