Allentown officially clinches CVC Colonial title
ALLENTOWN >> Eight different players scored and the Allentown High girls soccer team officially clinched the CVC Colonial Division title with an 8-1 romp over Hamilton on Monday afternoon.
Emma Pascarella had a goal and three assists to pace the Redbird attack.

HOPEWELL 4, TRENTON 0 TRENTON >> The Bulldogs wrapped up their CVC schedule with a win over the Tornadoes, but won’t know if they are the Valley Division champion until Steinert plays its two games in hand.
Nicola Mosionek, Molly O’Brien, Charlotte Hare and Sarah Yancey were all on target for Hopewell. Mosionek is third in the league with 15 goals.
Alesja Greene made 11 saves for the Tornadoes.
Steinert’s contest with Lawrence was postponed on Monday and rescheduled for Oct. 25. The Spar- tans also have a makeup game against Robbinsville set for Tuesday night. They need to win both games to pass Hopewell in the standings.
