Trenton

Gun Threat: Charles Phelps, 46, was arrested after he allegedly pointed a gun at his neighbor who had been locked out of their apartment building. The victim told police she left her keys inside her home, so she knocked on the building’s side door to gain access. Her neighbor, identified as Phelps, opened the door, grabbed her by the shirt and pointed a gun at her, according to police who charged him with aggravated assault, terroristi­c threats and weapons offenses.

Pot Bust: Treizon Thompson, Joseph Fayson and Kerry Smith, each 18 years old, were arrested after police allegedly found them in possession of a distributa­ble amount of marijuana during a traffic stop. Police also seized $3,040 from Smith, $703 from Fayson and the Dodge Charger the trio occupied.

Child Luring: Darren Maglione, 47, was arrested for luring and enticing a child. Mop Attack: Deyvi DeLeon, 27, was arrested after he allegedly hit someone with a mop Saturday during an argument in the 200 block of South Logan Avenue. The victim had visible signs of injury when cops arrived, so DeLeon was charged with aggravated assault and weapons offenses.

Shooting: Julian Hinton, 25, was arrested over the weekend after he allegedly shot another man in the butt and groin. The victim told police he was being dropped off in the 900 block of South Broad Street when Hinton fired a revolver at him. Responding cops saw Hinton shortly after the shooting, resulting in a foot chase. Police say Hinton tossed the gun during the chase, but detectives later recovered it. Hinton is charged with weapons offenses, obstructin­g the administra­tion of law, resisting arrest and hindering apprehensi­on. After the results of ballistics tests, Hinton may be charged with attempted murder. Shooting Too: A man suffered a gunshot wound to the ankle Sunday morning after a masked man opened fire on St. Joes Avenue. The victim told police he was sitting on the porch of an abandoned house when the gunman approached on foot. The victim started running, officials say, and the masked man shot him.

Hamilton

Shooting: A 28-year-old male told police he was shot while asleep in his home in the 1500 block of Genesee Street. Cops were dispatched to the home around 6:20 a.m. Monday and found the man suffering from a non-life-threatenin­g injury.

Robbinsvil­le

Drugs and Driving: Alex Combes, 28, of Monroe, was arrested after police allegedly found heroin, marijuana and hypodermic needles during a traffic stop on Route 33. He was initially stopped for careless driving.

Drugs and Driving Too:

John Ford, 49, and Michael Rizzo, 40, both of Lakehurst, were arrested after police allegedly found heroin and drug parapherna­lia during a traffic stop on I-195. They were initially stopped for failure to maintain a lane of travel.
