HIGHTSTOWN
Alleged DWI: Colleen A. Brauer, 37, of East Windsor, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Wyckoff Mills Road. Brauer was transported to police headquarters, booked, processed, issued traffic summonses with a pending court appearance and released to a friend. Alleged Drug Possession: Daniel G. D’Angelo, 28, of Hamilton, was arrested Oct. 7 for being in alleged possession of a controlled dangerous substance and alleged possession of drug paraphernalia. Police made the arrest following a motor vehicle stop on Wyckoff Mills Road. D’Angelo was transported to police headquarters, booked, processed, and transported to the Mercer County Correction Center pending a detention hearing.
Alleged Hypodermic Needle Possession: Austin M. Perry, 22, of East Windsor, was arrested Oct. 16 for active warrants out of Hightstown Municipal Court, Trenton Municipal Court and Hamilton Municipal Court during the course of a call for service on the 100 block of Broad Street. Police then found Perry in alleged possession of a hypodermic needle and drug paraphernalia. Perry was transported to Hightstown Police headquarters, booked, processed, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a hypodermic needle. Perry was later committed to the Mercer County Correction Center in lieu of bail. Another Drug Arrest: Austin M. Bennewitz, 20, of Trenton, was arrested Oct. 18 for being in alleged possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and alleged possession of drug paraphernalia during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Mercer Street. Bennewitz was transported to police headquarters, booked, processed, and released on a summons complaint with a pending court appearance. Another Alleged DWI: Anna K. Yablon, 46, of East Windsor, was arrested Oct. 19 and charged with driving while intoxicated. Police made the arrest following a motor vehicle stop on Franklin Street. Yablon was transported to police headquarters, booked, processed, issued several traffic summonses with a pending court appearance, and later released to a friend.
Alleged Pot Possession: Jaquan J. Owens, 18, of East Windsor, was arrested Oct. 20 for being in alleged possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and alleged possession of drug paraphernalia during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street. Owens was transported to police headquarters, booked, processed, issued traffic summonses, and released on a summons complaint with a pending court appearance.
