Red Bank >> The sixth-seeded Allentown High football team went into the half of itsNJSIAA Central Jersey Group III tournament game tied, but eventually fell to thirdseede­d Red Bank Regional, 30-13, on Friday night.

Makai Mickens had 123 yards rushing and two scores, while Nigel Mitchell chipped in 114 yards with two TDs for the winners. Rahsaan Emory paced the Redbirds, scoring both their touchdowns on a four-yard and one-yard run, respective­ly.

Central Group I Florence 21, Middlesex 14 Middletown >> JaJuan Hays scored on a three-yard run in overtime to notch his second tally of the game and propel the fourth-seeded Flashes into a semifinal clash with top seeded Willingbor­o next Friday. Davien Vernon got into the end zone on a six yard run in the win.

District One Class 6A Neshaminy 35, Haverford 7 Langhorne, Pa. >> Cory Joyce caught two 26 -yard touchdown passes from Brody McAndrews, while Chris James and Oleh Manzyk both chipped in a TD run apiece. Ryan O’Connor added a TD run for the winners, who face top-seeded North Penn in the quarterfin­als Nov. 9.
