Martha B Funk Wisniewski Makarewicz, 96, of Trenton

Martha B Funk Wisniewski Makarewicz, 96, of Trenton passed away Wednesday November 21, 2018 at Riverside Nursing & Rehablitation Center in Trenton.

Daughter of the late Joseph & Eleanor Mydlowski Funk; wife of the late Paul Wisniewski and Walter Makarewicz; grandmother of the late Nico L Steinmann.

Surviving is her daughter Christine P & Bert H Steinmann of Ewing Township; 2 grandchildren and spouses Melissa & John Bennett of Ewing township and Jeremy & Amanda Steinmann of Morrisville, PA; 2 great grandsons Travis M. Bennett and Ethan J Bennett; also surviving is her brother as well as several nieces and nephews.

Born in Trenton Martha was a life long Trenton and Ewing Township resident. She retired in 1987 after 26 years of service for General Porcelain Co. of North Trenton. She was a member of St. Stanislaus Rosary Society and PTA. Martha enjoyed being a homemaker and spending quality time with her grand children and great grandchildren.

Funeral will be held Tuesday 10:15 am November 27 from the Church of St. Ann’s at 1253 Lawrence Road. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated Tuesday at 10:30am in the main Church of St Ann. Burial will follow in St. Stanislaus Cemetery in Hamilton Township under the direction of Winowicz Funeral Service. Calling hours will be on Tuesday morning from 9:00am to 10:15am in the daily Chapel at St. Ann’s Church (back entrance). In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Martha’s memory to Mercer Arc, 180 Ewingville Road, Ewing 08638 or to St. Ann’s Church 1253 Lawrence Road, Lawrence NJ 08648 or Mass Cards.
