Angeline Vereen of Trenton

Angeline Vereen, 93 of Trenton departed this life on Monday, November 19,

2018 in Quakertown, PA.

Born and educated in Loris, SC, Mrs. Vereen was a resident of Trenton, NJ for most of her life. She was employed by various drycleaners in the Trenton area. She retired after many years of dedicated service from the New Method Cleaners Prospect St Trenton. Mrs. Vereen was predeceased by her husband, Archie Vereen; her parents, William Joseph and Elnita Rouse Williams; a daughter, Marian Rochelle Vereen-Lewis; her siblings, Mae Farrar, Zannie Burks, Chelly Hickman Washington, Robert Hickman, Ludy Hickman, Inez Watson, Emma Jane Ward, Curzell Strayhorn, Kathleen Goings and Mildred Hickman surviving are her children, Margaret Wilson (Cricket), Sylvia Ann Patricia Vereen, Margaret Burnell Williams (Pastor Noah), Alvie Tom Vereen (Beverly), Archie Ken Vereen (Yvonne), William Joseph Vereen (Eva) and Donald Vereen; twenty five grandchildren, 72 great grandchildren, 31 great great grandchildren, four nieces, two nephews, and a host of great nieces and great nephews, a very special family friend who was like a son, Benjamin Bellamy, Jr. and a host of friends. Funeral Services will be Friday, November 30, 2018 at 11am at Beauty Grove Primitive Baptist Church 66 Race St. Trenton, NJ. Interment will be in Ewing Cemetery. Calling hours will be Friday from 9am to 11am at the church. Arrangements are by Campbell Funeral Chapel, Trenton.
