Giants RB Saquon Barkley vs. Colts LB Darius Leonard: Barkley has at least 100 yards from scrimmage in six of the last seven games. Indianapol­is’ rookie outside linebacker leads the NFL with 146 tackles.

Giants WR Cody Latimer vs. Colts CBs: Latimer came off injured reserve this week and hasn’t played since Week 4. With two receivers out, expect him to play a significan­t number of snaps against Indianapol­is’ 15th-ranked pass defense.

Giants CB Janoris Jenkins vs. Colts WR T.Y. Hilton: The Giants’ veteran corner has been one of the league’s best in the second half of the season, according to Pro Football Focus metrics. Jenkins has one of his toughest matchups in Hilton, who last week solidified his fifth 1,000-yard campaign in the last six seasons.

Giants LB B.J. Goodson vs. Colts TE Eric Ebron: Goodson will take on a larger role this week with defensive captain Alec Ogletree out. He had a team-high 10 tackles against the Titans and at times will have to cover Ebron, who leads all NFL tight ends with 12 touchdowns.
