William D. Henry of Lawrenceville
William “Bill”
D. Henry, 87, of Lawrenceville, passed away on Monday, March
11, 2019, at home, with his loving family by his side.
Born in Trenton, Bill resided 38 years in Hamilton Township, and resided in Lawrenceville for the past 14 years.
Bill was a Financial Analyst for the State of New Jersey, Division of Motor Vehicles for 20 years, and for the State of New Jersey, Department of Human Services for 24 years, retiring in 1992.
He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving in the Korean War.
Bill was an avid New York Yankee fan, and Notre Dame Football fan. He enjoyed running, and his biggest accomplishment was finishing the New York City Marathon in 1990. What he enjoyed most of all, is spending time with his loving family.
Predeceased by his parents, Martin F. and Nellie Sommers Henry, and brother, John F. Henry. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Lorraine Arnone Henry; his sons, Michael W. Henry, and wife Carmen Rolon – Henry, and Ronald Henry; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Funeral will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019, at 9:15 a.m., at the Brenna Funeral Home, Immordino Chapel 1799 Klockner Road, Hamilton, NJ 08619.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, March 16, 2019, at 11:00 a.m., at St. Raphael Church 3500 South Broad Street, Hamilton, NJ 08610.
Entombment will follow at St. Mary’s Mausoleum, Hamilton.
Calling hours for family and friends will be held on Friday, March 15, 2019, from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., at the Brenna Funeral Home, Immordino Chapel, Hamilton.
