Cracked Out: Edgardo Cruz, 47, was arrested by street crime detectives Monday night, near Wood and Stockton streets. Cruz tossed drugs on the ground when he saw cops. Cops recovered 13 bags of crack cocaine and $41 in cash, seized as evidence. Gun Stash: Dorian Jason Fleming, 32, was arrested and charged with weapons offenses after street crime detectives nabbed him on the 500 block of Chestnut Avenue. Fleming attempted to stash a gun on the floorboard during a car stop. He was ordered out of the vehicle. Cops recovered a semiautoma­tic handgun, along with 10 bullets.

Air Conditione­r Thief: Gabriel Santiago, 39, was arrested by officers who stopped him near Division and Roebling streets because he had a warrant out for his arrest. He was charged with burglary, theft, criminal mischief and drug possession. The charges stemmed from a July 28 break-in on the 400 block of Commonweal­th Avenue. Santiago allegedly burglarize­d a rental property and lifted an air-conditioni­ng unit that he later attempted to resell to a family member of the rental owner who lives in the area. Santiago claimed the air condition had been given to him. The person, growing suspicious, snapped a photo of Santiago, who was identified as the alleged hawker.

Don’t Kick The Door: Mario Mateo, 31, was arrested and charged with harassment after he and a woman got into an argument at their home on the 100 block of South Logan Avenue. The woman told cops Mateo picked up coffee cup and threw it at her during an argument over his excessive drinking. He left the home and returned. The argument picked up again. He kicked the door and demanded she let him in the room. She called the cops who showed up and took Mateo into custody.

Drug Deal Goes South: Marcus McRae, 38, was arrested after police saw him allegedly involved in a drug deal. Cops recovered a bag of cocaine off the street after it was tossed out of one of the vehicles. One of the vehicles involved in the drug deal escaped, but cops got behind McRae. The alleged drug dealer was driving a Chevrolet Tahoe. He was pulled over at a gas station on Mulberry Street. McRae yelled at cops during the stop and refused to get out of his vehicle. He was taken into custody after a brief struggle. Cops recovered $550 in cash but no drugs. Domestic Violence: Raymond Perez, 35, was arrested after cops say he slapped and strangled his girlfriend during an argument about his drinking. She wanted to leave but he didn’t want her to. She had signs of injury on her forearm and scratches on her neck.

Warrants and Drugs: Jacob Carrera, 28, was arrested on the 200 block of Ashmore Avenue by street crime detectives. Carrero had multiple warrants for his arrest and had four grams of cocaine and $227 in cash, seized as suspected drug proceeds.
