Giants RB Saquon Barkley vs. Bills front seven: Barkley needs more touches this week after churning out 120 yards on 10.9 yards per carry in Dallas. Buffalo limited the Jets’ Le’Veon Bell to 60 yards on 17 carries last week.

Giants RG Kevin Zeitler vs. Bills DL Ed Oliver: Oliver, the No. 9 pick in the draft, was Pro Football Focus’ top-ranked Bills defender in the opener with four hurries and one sack in 47 snaps. The Giants’ offensive line has been a bright spot so far with the addition of Zeitler. Giants CB Janoris Jenkins vs. Bills WR John Brown: On a defense full of breakdowns and busted coverages, Jenkins held his own in Week 1. The veteran needs to step up against Josh Allen’s top target. Brown had seven catches for 123 yards against the Jets, including the game-winning touchdown.

Giants LB Alec Ogletree vs. Bills TE Tommy Sweeney: Most troubling for the Giants’ defense against the Cowboys was that even one of its captains and most experienced players, looked lost at times. Ogletree had five interceptions last season but was often exposed in coverage against tight ends. Sweeney had two receptions for 35 yards in Week 1.
