As the spring sports season has been canceled, The Trentonian continues to recognize the girls lacrosse seniors who were denied their final season.

Notre Dame’s Julia Dell’Angelo was coming off a 26-goal campaign as a junior and was poised for a breakout season playing for coach Bryan Fisher’s Irish.

JO’G » How disappointing was it to have this season and the final months of your senior year taken away?

JD’A » Although it was not the senior year I expected and I did not have that final season with my teammates, I am trying to stay positive and look at the bigger picture. It reminded me to always savor every moment I have on the field.
