Cynthia Ann Clancy Marchant, 85, of Yardley, PA passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2020 at her home in Yardley surrounded by her loving family.

Cynthia was the loving wife of the late John T. Clancy and Stephen J. Marchant and sister of the late Donald Harney and Joan Harney Titus. She was born July 23, 1934 in Trenton, NJ Mercer County, the daughter of the late Felix T. and Anne Corrigan Harney.

She graduated from Cathedral High School. She was one of the first women to attend St. Francis of Loretto College and received a BA in Library Science from Trenton State College. She was a Librarian at Notre Dame High School for over forty years. Cynthia was an avid reader and gardener.

Surviving are her five children, Kevin Clancy and his wife, Pirkko, of Colorado, Kerry Clancy and his wife Dawn, of Florida, Erin Festa and her husband John of Pennsylvan­ia, Michael Clancy and his wife Kathy of New Jersey and John Marchant of Pennsylvan­ia. She also leaves behind her

Grandchild­ren, Forrest Clancy, Kara McMahon, Rachel Gottfried-Clancy, Elizabeth Festa, Morgan Dumont, Kevin P. Clancy; her great-grandchild­ren, Ryan Clancy, Natalie Clancy and Elijah McMahon; and her sister, Maureen McHugh and her husband Bernard; her sister-in-law, Eileen Harney and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet her family on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 from 10:00 AM until her Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew Catholic Church, 81 Swamp Rd., Newtown, PA 18940. Her interment will be held privately.
