Back Talk Pro Athletes

-

Since many of our professional teams opted to stage a wildcat work stoppage to express their feelings about the racial situation that’s tearing up our communities, I did not hear any one of them denounce the violence and looting that is taking place. Why is that? Maybe their voices would help. Please explain.

There are a lot of terrible things that they aren’t speaking out about, and this type of deflection is just an attempt to distract from the actual message that we’re now talking about. Racism is a problem throughout our culture. If you think missing a couple of days of sprotsball is worse than systemic racism, then think about the issue some more because you’re probably racist or someone who benefits in some way from that racism.

Who really cares

Who really cares if those overpaid millionaires athletes socalled athletes stay out and don’t play who cares? Thank God for golf where you have to earn a living. You have to earn it every day. If you don’t make it, you don’t win nothing these overpaid athletes. They could sit out forever for all I care.

Interesting how mostly-whitewealthy golf doesn’t seem to feel or care about the impact of racism.

Social justice

This is regarding all of the professional sports leagues all the professional athletes. They ought to be ashamed of themselves, you know athletes used to stay out of politics. I used to stay off social justice. They need to stay out of this and if they really care about the do it on their own time, but don’t don’t don’t don’t boycott games. They don’t put em all their social justice issues in the sport.

I’m not sure when justice in social issues became such a negative thing to some people.
