HAMILTON » A Hamilton man charged with more thana dozensex crimeswas accused of raping a woman as far back as 2013, according to police records.

In all, Eridson Rodriguez, 26, of Liberty Street, is accused of sexually abusing at least six women, records show. Police believe there may be more victims and asked for the public’s help finding them.

A judge this week ordered Rodriguez detained on the charges.

Four accusers stepped forward after prosecutors charged Rodriguez with raping two drunk and incapacitated women, ages 19 and 20, during parties last year at his township home.

Authorities were investigating Rodriguez since at least last year.

The sex assaults span six years, according to probable cause affidavits obtained by The Trentonian. Two of them happened in 2019, two in 2018, one in 2017, and one in 2013, records show.

Many of the victims were identified by initials in the complaints.

One woman told cops that Rodriguez forced himself on her on June 25, 2013 while they hung out together in the woman’s basement, according to a probable cause affidavit.

Rodriguez was kissing the woman when he began “forcefully” removed her clothes, the records state.

She told Rodriguez she was not going to have sex with him, but he continued removing their clothes.

At that point, the woman told Rodriguez to stop “several times” before he penetrated her with his finger, according to the affidavit.

Unable to escape Rodriguez’s grasp, the woman was raped, according to police records.

Rodriguez faces two counts of sexual assault and a single count of criminal sexual contact in that attack.

Another woman contacted Hamilton Police Detective Daniel Inman on Sept. 16 to report that Rodriguez sexually assaulted her in April 6, 2017.

Rodriguez was charged with sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual and criminal restraint after the woman told cops Rodriguez pinned her against his bed and raped her at his home on the 1800 block of South Broad Street, according to the affidavit.

The woman arrived at Rodriguez home around 2 a.m. that morning. He lured her into his bedroom, threw her on the bed and pinned her arms over her head to the bed, the affidavit says.

She told cops she froze and “was unable to stop Eridson’s aggressive behavior” as he removed her pants, unsnapped a bodysuit and raped her, according to the affidavit.

Rodriguez is accused of victimizing at least two women in 2018, records show.

The first attack happened Jan. 21, 2018, records show.

The victim was at Rodriguez’s home for a party. She was laying on the ground inside his bedroom charging her phone with several others.

She didn’t notice that the people had left until Rodriguez entered the room and shut the door behind him, the affidavit says.

Rodriguez asked the woman if she wanted to take half a pill that he had, but she declined.

Instead of respecting her decision, Rodriguez allegedly put the pill in his teeth, grabbed the woman’s wrists and pinned her to he bed while he tried to get her to take the pill, records show.

Then Rodriguez threw the woman on the bed and held her wrists down again. He reportedly grew “frustrated” with her refusal to take the pill before the woman grabbed her phone and left the room.

Rodriguez is charged with attempted sexual penetration and criminal restraint in that attack.

On June 16, 2018, another woman told cops she was at Rodriguez’s house partying when he called her into his bedroom and locked the door behind them.

Rodriguez wouldn’t allow the victim to leave the room and began “aggressively” kissing her, the complaint said.

“The victim kept telling the accused ‘no’ and that she wanted to go back with her friends,” Hamilton Police Detective Matthew Donovan wrote in the affidavit.

She tried pushing him away but couldn’t escape and he raped her. Rodriguez was charged with a single count of sexual assault in that attack.

Two women say Rodriguez also sexually assaulted themwhile theywere drunk and incapacitated at parties in 2019.

Inman learned of the March 2019 rape while investigating a May 2019 sexual assault, according to his affidavit.

The first assault occurred March 9, 2019, at Rodriguez’s home on the 1300 block of Liberty Street.

Hamilton Police believed the assault happened in Trenton, but later learned it occurred in the township.

The victim told cops that Rodriguez had sex with her while shewas “highly intoxicated” and it was “nonconsensual,” according to the affidavit.

Rodriguez was charged with sexual assault and aggravated sexual contact in that attack.

Another woman came forward saying she was raped inside a second-story bedroom May 12, 2019.

A witness told cops he heard loud banging on the second floor and discovered several of the victim’s friends trying to get into the bedroom to check the woman, the affidavit says.

The witness found a key to unlock the bedroom and saw the victim and Rodriguez “lying naked in his bed,” according to the affidavit.

He gave “greater detail about Rodriguez and the victim were positioned on the bed,” the complaint says.

The victim gave a statement to police saying she was heavily intoxicated and could not recall much of what happened.

Another witness told police that Rodriguez and the victim were alone in the bedroom, Inman says in his sworn affidavit dated Sept. 3. She saw the woman’s underwear and pants around her ankles.

Rodriguez admitted having sex with the woman, records show.

In a Sept. 2 phone call, Detective Shari Johnson of the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit informed Inman that Assistant Prosecutor Tim Ward decided to charge Rodriguez with aggravated sexual assault and aggravated sexual contact after a “consideration of the facts and circumstances in the case,” the affidavit shows.

Authorities continue investigating Rodriguez, and anyone with information should call MCPO Detective Shari Johnson at 609989-6758 or Hamilton Police Detective Daniel Inman at 609-581-4000.
