SHERIFF’S REPORTS The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office: BOOKED: George Mansfield, 59, of Willits, was arrested on Nov. 13at 1:25 p.m. on suspicion of burglary: second degree: felony and failure to appear after written promise. He was booked into the county jail on $15,000 bail.

BOOKED: Carlos White, 34, of Covelo, was arrested on Nov. 14 at 6:03 p.m. on suspicion of being a felon/ addict/possess/etc. firearm, possession of a controlled substance while armed with a loaded firearm, possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of ammo by a prohibited person, violation of parole: felony-remain under legal custody to return to prison, carrying a loaded handgun: not registered owner, and violation of parole. He was booked into the county jail on $115,000 bail. BOOKED: David Joaquin, 25, of Covelo, was arrested on Nov. 15 at 8 p.m. on suspicion of defacement, damage or destruction of $400or more, burglary, attempted murder, being a felon/addict/possess/ etc. firearm and violation of parole: felony-remain under legal custody to return to prison. He was booked into the county jail.

BOOKED: Gary Wyatt, 38, of Willits, was arrested on Nov. 16 at 7:30 p.m. on suspicion of use/under the influence of a controlled substance and willful cruelty to a child: possible injury/ death. He was booked into the county jail on $25,000 bail.

BOOKED: Destanee Davis, 21, of Ukiah, was arrested on Nov. 18 at 7:31 a.m. on suspicion of resisting/delaying a police officer. He was booked into the county jail. CHP REPORTS

The following were compiled from reports prepared by the California Highway Patrol: ARREST: Carlos Alvarez, 41, of Ukiah, was stopped in Redwood Valley on Nov. 13 at 3:46 p.m. on suspicion of DUI alcohol/drug, driving while license is suspended/ revoked for DUI and revoked probation: misdemeanor. ARREST: Matthew Samuelson, 50, of Albion, was stopped on Nov. 13at 9:14 p.m. on suspicion of DUI combo alcohol/drugs and enhanced penalty-minor passenger, a child under 14 years.

ARREST: Joel Alvarez, 23, of Ukiah, was stopped in Ukiah on Nov. 14 at 12:42 a.m. on suspicion of DUI alcohol/drug and driving while license is suspended/ revoked for DUI.

ARREST: Carlos Vianaribeiro, 50, of Ukiah, was stopped on Nov. 14at 8:03 p.m. on suspicion of DUI alcohol/drug, driving without a license, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

ARREST: Linda Hernan, 55, of Willits, was stopped in Willits on Nov. 15 at 10:08 p.m. on suspicion of DUI alcohol and driving while license is suspended/revoked for DUI.

ARREST: Amanita Braziel, 45, of Ukiah, was stopped in Ukiah on Nov. 16 at 2:13 a.m. on suspicion of DUI alcohol. ARREST: Narciso Hernandez Lopez, 34, of Ukiah, was stopped on Nov. 16at 12:48 a.m. on suspicion of DUI alcohol and driving without a license.

ARREST: Shannon James, 25, of Willits, was stopped in Willits on Nov. 17 at 2:32 a.m. on suspicion of DUI alcohol, revoked probationmisdemeanor, and driving while license is suspended/ revoked for DUI.

ARREST: Carey Fowler, 25, of Redwood Valley, was stopped in Ukiah on Nov. 17 at 2:41 a.m. on suspicion of DUI alcohol and driving while license is suspended/ revoked.

ARREST: Robert Mendez, 23, of Redway, was stopped in Leggett on Nov. 18at 12:03 p.m. on suspicion of DUI alcohol.

Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty. People reported as having been arrested may contact the Daily Journal once their case has been concluded so the results can be reported. Those who feel the information is in error should contact the appropriate agency. In the case of those arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, all DUI cases reported by law enforcement agencies are reported by the newspaper.
